Setting environment variables for GeniCam/Halcon

    Some settings must be included in environment variables before you can begin to use Zivid with GeniCam.

    On your PC, navigate to System properties< Environment variables

    Select New to include the following variables

    Variable name: Path | Variable value: C:\Program Files\Zivid\bin

    Variable name: GENICAM_GENTL64_PATH | Variable value: C:\Program Files\Zivid\bin

    GC4-1

    GC5

    You could alternatively set these variables in command prompt and choose to launch Halcon from here:

    set PATH=%PATH%;C:\Program Files\Zivid\bin

    set GENICAM_GENTL64_PATH=C:\Program Files\Zivid\bin

    "C:\Program Files\MVTec\HALCON-13.0\bin\x64-win64\hdevelop.exe"
